We've added an account name lookup feature to our general login page. Just browse to https://login.livetimer.com and click "Forgot your account name?". If your email address is associated with an account in our system, we'll send you a link to login to your account.
If you get to your account login page and can't remember your password, just click the "Forgot your password?" link and follow the instructions. And don't worry, we'll never send passwords via email. Instead, we've designed a secure process to allow you to reset your password at our SSL-protected site.
